Overview
This new release of itrac360 has an enhanced version of the inventory summary report with the following new features
- Realtime data
- Additional field for onscreen total
- Color coded fields
- Enhanced details page
- Floating footer with a Total field
Realtime data
Data in the inventory summary report is now real time. The previous version of itrac showed inventory data that was refreshed once an hour. This report is now refreshed real time so you can see the most current inventory data.
Color coded fields
The inventory summary field headers are color coded and grouped together based on their category: Inventory fields are blue in color, RMA fields are yellow, In the field fields are green. This makes it easier to read the report or lookup a specific field.
Onscreen Total
This new field shows the total quantity of the visible fields in the report. If a field is hidden in the report, it will not be included in the onscreen total.
Details page enhancement
The inventory summary details page has been enhanced to show a list of serial numbers of all the serialized devices that are available under each category. Clicking on the serial number will take you to the asset details page.
Total field
There is a floating footer on the bottom of the report that shows the Total quantity of each field. When a filter is added to the report, the Total switches to Subtotal as it only shows a subset of data.
