How to Determine your Mobile Technology Total Cost of Ownership

Episode 16, 19/04/21, 23:54

Calculating the short-term costs of your mobile technology devices, applications, and security is relatively straightforward. But organizations soon find that the actual total cost of ownership (TCO) is multilayered and complex.  A lot more goes into the total cost of ownership for mobile technology than many organizations realize.

When you get beyond the hardware costs and carrier plans, another layer of cost drivers like mobile device management (MDM), mobile help desk and repair support, and spare pool maintenance requires a high degree of optimization and integration to yield maximum benefits.

In this episode, Ross Homans, Vice President of Operational Programs at Stratix, explains how when you have full visibility of your total costs, you can make better strategic decisions that'll bring you a higher return on your mobile technology investment.
