Episode 15 |Sean Ginevan, Head of Global Strategy and
Mobile Solution Digital Partnerships at Google
Google’s Android operating system has been at the forefront of the paradigm shift to ubiquitous mobile device usage in both the consumer and the professional sectors. In 2019, we interviewed Sean Ginevan, Head of Global Strategy and Digital Partnerships at Google, to get his perspective on what is driving the shift to enterprise digital transformation. Ginevan defined “digital transformation as “how to use technology, people and process to essentially change how businesses perform.”
In this podcast episode we followed up with Sean to get an understanding of how the pandemic has impacted how enterprises prioritize, invest and approach digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, we discuss how Android for Enterprise has evolved and where it’s heading. He touches on new ways to use technologies like voice, Artificial Intelligence and 5G, and the value partnerships like those in the Android Enterprise Recommended ecosystem can bring.
We partnered with Hanover Research, to survey nearly 300 organization leaders to understand where companies are after two years of pandemic disruption, reveal their pain points, and see where they're headed.. We discovered that many think they're doing well on mobile-driven digital transformation, but our Mobile-First Score shows another story.
